Had a mixed experience. While my partner loved the curry, my pasta was bland and overcooked. Our server seemed overwhelmed. Not terrible, but wouldn?t rush back either.

Ordered a £50 delivery from Nando?s Stratford. The driver never rang my bell, never left the food, yet marked it as ?delivered?. As soon as I got the notification, I went downstairs, nothing there.
Customer service admitted they have no photo proof of delivery and can?t even say whether the food was returned or if the driver kept it. Despite this, they refused to refund me and hid behind their ?internal policies?.
So drivers can take your order, mark it as delivered and Nando?s keeps your money. Don't order from here
Avoid this place, drivers take your food and you get charged by nandos.

I have to say, I was expecting some fast food quality, but I got surprised when I actually got my chicken. It was delicious and super fast to arrive. The service was non existent, cause you can do everything through app. And that?s very comfortable:) no need to split bill by yourself if you go with a lot of friends!
The sauces are delicious
Only the place is kinda loud. I was expecting that, of course, but sometimes very much.

The food was good and dining was also good.
However the time I went there, the place had a large gathering of school students because of which it was bit noisy

Firstly you get sent back a platter of chicken and was told the chicken came cold you then nonchalantly stuck a thermometer into it and
Gave me the minimum required health and safety food regulation temperature as a reply.
The chicken was thrown back on the grill and was sent back with the incorrect sauces
On it peri flamer had tamer sauce on it and the tamer had become a flamer which was to spicy for me as I?m currently doing chemotherapy I can?t handle spice. I would like to add your staffs malik picked up the e platter plate and used is hands to state the food was still warm very unprofessional.
Worst Nando?s experience I?ve had. Stick to westfields or London Bridge.

Nandos really takes food allergies seriously not many other food chains do. I have been nandos many times, a regular to to different branches across London mainly, always good service and food, went toil this branch yesterday early afternoon very busy but Nelson was soo helpful went above and beyond helping me and my young family with finding a suitable space and taking our order making sure cooks understood the allergies and then checking up on afterwards super helpful , having worked in details and hospitality industry myself for 15 years I know when I see exceptional customer service, Nelson deserves a pay rise and promotion.
