No attention to customers orders. I ordered a drink as well as 4 ketchups only got the food and 1 ketchup. When I asked for another ketchup the older staff guy smirked at me. (We have the right to 4 free ketchups btw, staff). The ketchup refill was empty as well. I then had to go back to checkout to get my drink and ask for more ketchup. Another staff member threw them in the bag. Overall very poor service on many levels

This restaurant is filthy, and the workers are rude and unprofessional they have served me cold and soggy fries, and the bigmac as well was under temperature. I did ask them not to put any ice in my coke, but I have received it with ice definitely I won't be back here anymore. I'm totally disappointed by this restaurant it's a total disgrace

Upper floor no view . You eat in a box. Ground floor opens towards street but crowded. Usual Macdonald food.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Burger ? has lots of Mayo and instead of proper veg patty it has two cutlet type filling. It does not give a feel of a Burger. Needs to upgrade this product.

Terrible, slow service . Lazy Staff not calling out order number right infront of him. Just standing doing nothing. No sense of urgency.

(We originally planned to get takeout, but since we found a table, we decided to eat inside.)
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences at a McDonald's.
First, while I understand it can be busy in the evening, we had trouble finding a seat. When we finally got the food, the staff member at the counter took our receipt with force, even though we told her we'd like to keep it, and pulled back.
Second, we didn't get the correct sodas we paid for. One of us received warm bottled water instead of cold. Since we didn't have the receipt, we couldn't complain about our missing garlic sticks or sodas.
There weren't any napkins inside the bag even though we took takeout.
We had to use their filthy bathroom to wash our hands. Their sinks were too small to be practical.
Eating their food resulted in multiple visits to my bathroom and constant stomach ache the rest of the evening and night.

The food was dry both burgers and fries. Also the service is painfully slow. The only upside to this location is there is plenty of seating upstairs and the restroom is usually not busy.
