Awfully disorganised, wouldn't accept my proof of address even though it met the guidelines. Wasted nearly 3 hours of my day because they only had one member of staff authorised to deal with ID checks (this branch is always packed). Went to a branch in central and they sorted everything out for me in 15 minutes.

Not great loads of staff not that busy but No one jumping on to serve people.. poor very not even a simple sorry for the long wait when you finally get served staff have no customer service what so ever.
