We were so hyped to visit footasylum and traveled all the way from New Zealand, we follow the brand and influencers atrributted to the brand.
Unfortunately the staff seemed rather cold and unengaging when we walked in the store.
After doing a couple of laps searching on the floor I couldn't find what we (approx 5 out of 7 people in our party) were after.
I mustered up the courage to ask at the sales desk for some merchandise that was listed as being sold at this site (illvzn) myself, brother and sister in law were actually embarrassed and belittled by the staff for even watching the influencers (Tobi and Sidemen) and were told they're not that big in the UK and only for teenagers, that a lot of international people come in and they're not that well received locally or even good people (mention of KSI as well as Central Cee which was random, as we never mentioned them).
Strongly suggest better training of staff as I walked out empty handed and now will be sure to never watch or support anything associated with footasylum.

The fitting rooms not available for men's and women's and the stuff is so rude

Very frustrating experience. I visited the shop around 8:15 pm with my child, who wanted to try on some t-shirts. A staff member told us that the fitting rooms were already closed?this was 45 minutes before the store?s official closing time! When I asked another team member for clarification, I was told it was due to a lack of staff to supervise, even though I noticed several employees chatting or standing.. so unhelpful

? One Star ? Horrible Experience at Footasylum Stratford Westfield
Visited on Wednesday, 30 July between 6:40?7:15 PM.
One of the worst shopping experiences I?ve ever had.
From the moment I entered, staff ignored me completely. No one asked if I needed help ? they just stared from a distance. When I asked about the fitting room, a staff member said ?wait? and walked off. Another guy (with glasses) opened the door for me very reluctantly, like it was a favour.
At the till, the cashier didn?t even look at me ? just grabbed the clothes from my hand and said the amount. No greeting, no eye contact, no manners.
I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. They pointed to a woman in a white t-shirt (while others wore black). She didn?t move, just looked at me and said, ?I?m not coming over. What do you want??
I asked her name (as most staff usually wear name tags), and she refused:
> ?We don?t do that here.?
?Why do you want my name??
?I?m not telling you.?
When I explained how badly I was treated, her actual reply was:
> ?Are you from the company? Why should we treat you respectfully otherwise??
When I calmly asked, ?Are you happy with how I was treated today?? ? she said:
> ?I?m not answering you. I?m going back to work.?
Disgraceful. Arrogant. Rude. Unprofessional.
The only person who showed any decency was the security guard.
I will be sending a formal complaint to the head office with full details and a photo of the receipt.
This branch should be avoided at all costs. Shameful service and zero respect for customers.

So actually yesterday I went thi store I forgot bring receipts I asked to manger he said bring the receipts I will and refund
Today unfortunately they didn?t refund and exchange
Even they didn?t give me receipts back
Hhh
And very ruffled customer service
I wil not recommend to buy anything here

Very rude customer service. The manager she herself don?t how the customer service how she can be the manager of the store. She didn?t even list the reason for exchange she straight away said no to exchange. First she needs to learn the customer service. They had a refund policy of 28 days and they are refusing to refund.

I was in Stratford Footasylum yesterday around 7:30/8, I can't remember the time exactly. A woman came to the till and was being very disrespectful, swearing In front of me and other customers towards to manager. I just wanted to commend her on how gracefully she handled the situation, nobody should be spoken to like that. Overall
I had a great experience, and the manager Rosie made it a lot easier. Will be coming back to shop again!

Footasylum really needs to educate their managers on how to treat customers with basic respect. The manager at this location was rude, unprofessional and racist. If you take a look at other Google reviews, it?s clear this isn?t an isolated case there?s an obvious issue with poor management and customer service. Proper training and accountability are long overdue.

Awful experience at Footasylum on June 21 around. We picked out 4 T-shirts, but the staff told us the fitting rooms were already closed an hour before the store itself closed. We tried the clothes on quietly in an aisle since we had no other option. I had placed an empty coffee cup on the floor, and staff rudely insisted I clean it up immediately even after I said I would. Then a manager came over and grabbed a shirt from us while we were still trying them on. I told her we were actually purchasing that, and asked if we could get it back when I grabbed it, she accused me of ?snatching? it out of her hands and called security to kick us out. I don?t know if she was having a bad day, but she already had an attitude with us and were talking down to us for no reason whatsoever. I can't help but feel this was racially motivated as an Asian customer, the way we were treated felt discriminatory and completely uncalled for. It?s really disheartening to see such a big company have such unprofessional staff and a manager that takes out her own personal negative emotions from her day onto the customer.

This store gives me Stratford Centre vibes because of the sheer unseriousness and unprofessionalism of staff. You go in and there?s 5-6 of them on the shop floor and no one wants to help. They don?t even appear approachable, it?s like you?re made to feel bad for interrupting their conversation of the house party they went to last night. Unbothered and indifferent staff members on the floor who would rather chit chat and avoid doing their job than actually serve customers. You ask for a pair of trainers to be brought to the till and they make you wait 20 minutes telling you to ?stay right there? whilst they just chat. I swear there were 4 of them and they were just stood there, just talking and you are waiting around like a fool. Only for one of them to finish their conversation and say ?oh sorry, actually we don?t have that in stock?!? There needs to be a secret boss episode run here, because boy these staff are in need of reform and retraining.

I had a terrible experience at Footasylum in Westfield Stratford. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I tried to ask for assistance multiple times, but they completely ignored me and acted like I was an inconvenience. Even the manager was dismissive and uninterested in helping resolve my concerns.
It?s shocking how little regard they have for customer service. I left the store feeling disrespected and frustrated. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Footasylum needs to seriously retrain their staff on how to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy.

I strongly advise against shopping at this store. I attempted to return a pair of shoes that had some tiny marks on them, only to be refused by the store manager (who declined to provide her name). She insisted the shoes could not be returned due to dirt on one of them, despite the fact that they were the last pair on display. It?s unreasonable to assume I caused the marks, especially when only one shoe is affected?if I had worn them outside, both would show wear. Her dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were extremely disappointing.
This experience reflects poorly on the store?s customer service standards. I plan to escalate the matter to their headquarters, but in the meantime, I want to warn others: if you are considering buying anything here, be aware that returns may be unreasonably denied. Very poor experience.
