Popped into the Stratford store for some paint and general advice on what paint to buy for my staircase and what rollers etc for best application. Had some excellent advice for Paul who took the time to understand my job and guide me in the right direction. Excellent customer service.

Visited the Dulux decorator centre in Stratford earlier this week and was lucky enough to be served by Paul. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable - we left with all our questions answered, and all the products we needed to confidently start our redecorating project. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I run a decorating company and spend a lot of time buying paints and tools. This particular branch is the best shop in London! Its all about the people that work and Paul is exceptionally great. Always friendly, nice person and always helps, walks that extra mile to make us feel good.
I have got into spraying because of Paul as he recommended me machines and still provides support with any questions I have. In addition, I always learn something new in this store.
All other team members are equally great! I go to this decorating centre and the people are always friendly and helpful.
Never had anything thats out of stock as its always been managed with high standards. And if any new materials are available on the market - thats where i get to test them and purchase.
Cannot recommend this shop enough.
