Good morning, I went costa coffee this morning in Stratford centre, the barista been very rude because I order 1 ice spanish late he give me hot. I tell him I didn't order ice he said he can't change because his gonna waste the coffe. I tell him Im supervisor in Starbucks this things happen all the time with customers. I'm very disappointed with this barista. Its was 2 baristas working, one of them is in training but another one he was rude. Please can you guys training how to treat custumers. Thank you

The team are always friendly and helpful, the space is very welcoming and clean. I strongly recommend this Costa for its hard working staff.

Centrally placed where the four malls meet in the Stratford Centre, this is a busy, and fairly small, Costa outlet. There were not many free seats available when I went, however service was quick and polite and the place was clean.

I've been trying to order today a frape from them and the man serving was starting to imitate me in a rude way.
I just left and I won't come back there as instead of serving you they are trying to make you leave.

Considering how overcrowded the centre is on the best of days, there's always a seat at a clean table within a few minutes. Coffee is uniformly good - consistently high standards are always maintained here, from the welcome of the overworked staff to the quality of the coffee made. Always worth dropping by.

Recently refurbished, opened again this past week. Looks nice but the coffee seemed worse. The staff were ok but seemed like they were rushing when there was NO LONG QUEUE. I have been going to this Costa for a few years so I know how the coffee used to be. I ordered aan iced latte with not too much ice (I just wanted it a bit cold not like a slushy cold). It was very watery. Less milk than I expected.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are not automatic but often left open and there are no steps
