This company is not like Rumbelows or DER back in the day , the business acts like a pay day lender lending equipment out instead of cash, you will never pay off your debt to them ! Currently I have 2 Complaints to FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service) and 1 Complaint to FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) Being harassed for doorstep collections for payments when you are in financial difficulties is unacceptable including not recording customer income expenditures and acting upon them when a customer has informed you of his or her, loss of income or reduction in income. Disabled customers are more likely to be affected by these types of financial agreements which don't serve the local community..

I was always happy with brighthouse and I have been with them years .... I have paid in full for quite a few items until recently I owe 32 pound on my last item ..then I contacted them to pay it of and they started adding other charges bringing it up to more than 50 pound ...I have had constant phone calls and knocking on my door I have put a complaint in about them to their own complaints department
