Worst customer service and the staff in front don’t know how to talk with customer and make fun of the customers. Never ever will come again in this branch. There is no negative rating thats the reason giving just one star.

Me and my husband visited this Wenzel’s in Stanmore this morning. I asked the lady who works there if the meal deal included a coffee, a pack of crisps and the baguette of the day. JustEat order 580370416 missing baguette upgrade offer (chicken club baguette, Robinsons raspberry & apple , sea salt real crisps) and also missing 1 sausage roll. Very disappointed considering these were the main items of the order. Driver checked his vehicle in case items fell out so they definitely weren’t put in.

Wenzel's was established in 1975 and has since become a favourite brand of locals in the north west London area
