I have been bringing my clothes to this dry cleaner for many years and I am always extremely satisfied with their service. Even though it takes me 40 minutes of driving to get here from my home, I still choose this place because they have never disappointed me.
I have tried about five other dry cleaners closer to my house, but none of them matched the quality and attention to detail I get here. My clothes always come back perfectly clean, and the staff is always professional and friendly.
This is the only dry cleaner I truly trust. Thank you for your consistent quality and professionalism!

These are my go to dry cleaners for lots of different and sometimes difficult items. Always first class cleaning, fast service and wonderful friendly staff. Very reasonably priced, and totally worth it.

Having used Swift for the first time to clean a coat and a jacket, I have to say it was a pleasure talking to Ann.
The finished items were clean and I have no issues.

Worst place ever! Don't even deserve 1 star!
Do not take your clothes here, they ruined my dress and it was an expensive ball gown and didn't take accountability for it. The diamonds turned black and the inside thread work turned dark grey black.
The two workers (Priyank & dry clean guy also a young indian guy) were so rude when I said this is not what I expected, and they tried blaming me for giving them the dress to dry clean. They weren't even sure if they dry cleaned the dress or hand washed it. They said they followed manufacturers instructions but the instructions said hand wash, they were so sketchy and kept changing what they did to the dress (hand wash or dry clean). I kept asking which did you do? But was not getting an answer, this got me very annoyed.
They should understand if they cannot do the job properly and refuse the work straight away, not accept the job and ruin my dress and worst thing didn't even give me a refund or to try fix it.
This place is so bad, been few times before from 2016 to early 2023. But think it's under new ownership and it's awful! Do not bother going here.
Worst customer service so rude! Absolutely didn't even bother going back to try speak to them.

I would like to give a huge plaudit to Swift Dry Cleaners in Stanmore. Having moved to the area 18 months ago, without a washing machine, I tried out this dry cleaner's laundry service and, as the quality and service was so excellent, I have carried on using them ever since. They collect and deliver my washing weekly, I have my own washing liquid kept there and each laundry bag is given its own machine, so I know my washing is not mixed with others. The staff are just amazing at this place! Polite, courteous and helpful to the max! My washing arrives back cellophane wrapped and folded beautifully. The bedding is pressed like a hotel valet service. I have not bought a washing machine as I work full-time and this service has saved hours of housework for me. The cost is extremely reasonable for the service provided. I recommend Swift Dry Cleaners 100% . I also have had clothes dry cleaned there and again the quality is very good. They also do alterations at this place. Really great place all round!

I wouldn?t even give them a 1 star. This is THE worst dry cleaners I have experienced. I asked them to follow the label instructions and they have simply ruined a Balmain Shirt. I went to question the Manager and she said it wasn?t them and I should call the shop and ask them why the print had been removed so easily. I was in shock. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES to this launderette. They do not have experience or skilled workers and they do not take responsibility for ruining their customers items.

Used it many times. However, I guess there was new staff in. 2 ladies who completely ignored us for a good 5 minutes. Try to get their attention, but is not like they would have cared. I get it when is busy, but being only 2 people in there and being ignored, that's not something I want to hand my things over. I guess a minute to tell us they will be with us shortly was too much for the 2 ladies. Guess what? Plenty places to choose from. Congratulations! Hope you get your staff trained better!

Rip Off and MisleadingUsed this dry cleaners for several years. Had 21 items dry cleaned and was just told to leave them and they would settle the bill later. On collection I was expecting to pay 4 items for £16.99 as advertised and they normally charge £1-2 extra for dresses. There was a new gentleman who charged 3x?s what I normally pay on top. Had no choice as he had already cleaned but not made a bill. Don?t trust them!!!

The lady in the name of sandy is utterly rubbish with her work. I gave my Skirt in to be altered and to be taken in making it short. She first of all stiched it back to front so you can see the thick markings of the stiching and the zip was not even the matching colour to my skirt whcih she had replaced. Black skirt with a beige zip is not suitable. I will never go there for any alterations again as she has ruined my designer skirt. She is rubbish!! Very unprofessional serivice form her!. Defintely NOT worthy of 1 star but had to select the level of poor service!!Service: Alterations

I always use this company for my duvets cleaning and they have been so great. However just had my pillows washed and it?s come back with fungus and the lady that is usually so lovely came back and remarked I had given it in that way. Like seriously? Don?t bother sending you pillows in everything else is fine
