Really did not enjoy the service here . 1.) I had to go and pick my trial contacts twice as they had misplaced them , 2.) my specs were suppose to be ready by EOW - I went back to pick them and they were not ready 3.) They asked me to call and get a clearance for my trial contacts so that I can order new ones .. I called a few times even left a voice note but they did not call me back .

Specsavers are cheap and cheap for a reason, because their staff are inexperienced and newly qualified. Pay more, look after your eyes and go to an independent.
The Opticians here are not great a communication, nor are they good at finding the correct prescription. I now have an ocular migraine that resurfaces every now and then ongoing for 4 months due to one of their newly qualified opticians pointing a bright light straight into the centre of my vision for prolonged periods of time.

Visited Specsavers Audiologist in Stanmore today and was seen by Pooja for my wife?s hearing aid.
We were seen promptly at our appointment time. Pooja was very understanding, approachable, and made us feel at ease with her pleasant conversation and professional manner. She also took the time to advise my wife clearly and helpfully.
We?re very happy with the service provided and could not thank the Specsavers Stanmore team enough!

I went in to the store with my mother in law who can not speak any English. I went there to translate, Kanta was able to speak to mother in law in our language and made her feel ease and comfortable. Kanta helped us with the frames and i can say her service she provided to us today was excellent.

I accidentally sat on my glasses it was nearly smashed but Kanta fixed it professionally with no charges I am a customer of nine years and very happy with the customer service in this brunch.

I haven't actually been to this store so forget my rating.
The problem to me seems that website comments and Facebook etc is not the same as someone answering the phone to customers.
We want to actually speak to someone when we phone like the old days of customer service.

Optician, Gracie Talwar is an amazing optician. She was friendly and helpful and I was very happy with her professionalism. There was also a younger Asian lady who welcomed me in their practice and she was very friendly and helpful with a lovely welcoming smile.
