One of the most frustrating parts of shopping here is the long wait for self-checkout approval. It consistently takes around 3?5 minutes, no matter what time of day I shop ? morning, afternoon, or evening. It shouldn?t take that long for something as simple as an approval, and it really slows down the whole checkout process

We went to Sainsbury?s and we got everything we needed! We got waters also some chocolate! The store is so stocked that it feels like nothing will ever go away. There are also frozen foods here too. I would recommend this nice supermarket !

Absolutely Disgusting Behaviour Towards My Disabled Grandparents ? Sainsbury?s, You Should Be ASHAMED
Before I start let me begin with the fact that on trustpilot around 70% of consumers comment that staff are often rude and the vegetable produce isn?t clean nor nice
I am utterly appalled by what happened at your store today. A customer service lady ? whose attitude was beyond vile ? refused to remove a £100 parking fine issued to my disabled grandparents just because they went slightly over the 90-minute limit. And do you know WHY they went over? Because a woman ahead of us in the queue DROPPED HER CASH everywhere and held the line up for ages because her card wouldn?t work.
Instead of showing the slightest shred of compassion, this staff member chose to interrogate my poor grandmother like she was a criminal. ?I want to see your disabled badge,? she demanded, scoffing, rolling her eyes, and literally laughing while taking down names like she was the police. My grandma ? who was already shaken ? was left so humiliated and distressed that she couldn?t even bring herself to finish the shopping. We walked out, empty-handed and furious.
This is not just bad service. This is inhumane. What kind of company allows their employees to treat elderly disabled customers like garbage? Sainsbury?s, you should be disgusted with yourselves. Sort. It. Out

I visited this morning this Sainsbury?s in Stanmore as I had to collect an Argos order. I went to the collection point and the machine was out of order. I asked a staff member what I needed to do and he sent me to customer service. I waited 10 minutes in the queue and then I said to the Indian woman who works at the customer service desk I needed to collect an Argos order but their machine was not working. While I was talking she interrupted me and with a BAD TONE she said to me:?You do not listen, go back there. Someone will be there?. Another day the same Indian woman rather then serve me she was reading an email making me wait to be served. Her customer service is absolutely APPALLING! So I really cannot understand why a person like her works at the customer service desk!

What has happened to this family friendly store. No personal service , staff don?t care. Rarely have manned checkouts open. Self service ones do not go down well with the elderly or those with big shops. No idea of population demographics People are forever calling the poor sod manning multiple stations. Try Tesco at Watford/Bushey. Manned checkouts aplenty , caring staff Stanmore Sainsbury?s is appalling. They don?t open manned checkouts when they are asked

What a mess the store is now, almost all the tills have gone! Everything thing has moved, thank goodness the new one in Colindale actually serve their customers! Won?t be shopping in this store again. Tesco and other stores so much better!

This supermarket is an absolute shambles. The staff are non existent , apart from walking the shop floor doing nothing. There are not enough proper checkouts for a big shop trolley . One at the very most . Staff at the kiosk who have no clue , alphabet and opening up correct drawers ! Kid on checkout , who couldn't put alcohol through , without calling for an adult member of staff , who says he ' hates his job ' . Never ever been in a supermarket like it ! Absolute chaos.
