Absolutely appauled by the delivery. Ordered via the pizza express app from my local pizza express at 19:09pm and on Uber Eats(used as delivery service by Pizza express is still unable to find a driver at 19:47pm.
Probably last time I ever order a delivery .

I live locally but never been to this pizza express. We usually go to pizza express as a treat if we're in central London or simply away from London. I'd have to say this is probably the worst pizza express by a long shot.
The food wasn't good at all. We ordered the new hot spicy dough balls. They are really bad it was soaked in the hot sauce. It's not like the picture advertised. It was way too much on it. The hot sauce tastes exactly like tobasco. Now imagine it absolutely drenched in it... its not possible to eat something like this. What I didn't like was that they knew we didn't like those dough balls. We gave it back without it being finished and they knew we didnt like it. They didn't ask was it OK or was something wrong. Worst of all they charged us at the end. Suppose it's my fault for not saying anything...
We ordered a pizza and cannelloni. Food came out really cold. Pizza didn't taste as it should. Also, It's the first time I've got a cannelloni warm. Normally it's so hot you have to wait (if you've ordered it before at pizza express you know what I mean).
I did mention we were gonna share and normally they bring us plates out. They didn't. They just left us with the small starter plate.
I'm a simple man. Just want hot food that's cooked properly. Won't come here again. The only saving grace was our waitress, who was really nice.

Lovely place overall with fantastic staff.
However you need drastically improved lighting in the first half of your restaurant. I have observed this on my last two visits now, which was during evenings.
My most recent visit was on a Saturday evening so it was incredibly busy and very noisy with children all over the place. To top things off we were given a table near the window, which had been placed as an afterthought because the lighting over it was non-existent. My wife had to get the torch app on her phone out in order to read the menu, whilst I was mostly ok. In the end we couldn't wait to leave as having a conversation was impossible.

I ordered via uber eats and the food was delayed by 1 hour! The restaurant was not picking up despite calling them several times! Eventually, when the food did arrive it was cold and only half of the box! Disappointed in the service of Pizza Express. To the manager- do everyone a favour and remove your restaurant from

Food was great, definitely get the dough balls. Classic base pizza was a bit small compared to romana and they forgot one of our order ? but overall a great experience
Vegetarian options: Customize your dish the way you like
Dietary restrictions: Very flexible to dietary restrictions
Parking: Park in the local sainsburies and maybe in the back if you are lucky
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, lots of kids options
Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly wheelchair accessible (not sure about toilets)

Went a few weeks ago. Overall the quality of the food was ok. My go to express is in Ruislip as their food never failed to deliver. On this occasion the food was a little under par but was made up for by the staff and atmosphere.

Lovely Monday night treat, fast friendly and efficient service, good atmosphere, plenty of seating for our large family group. Good veggie options great tasting pizzas, free parking available for diners too.

Adults romana pizza cooked to perfection??loook at the state of the kids pizza?? thick, slapped together and to be honest I?m not feeding that to my kids as all that dough will back them up!
They need to make the pizza?s thinner. Days of Pizza Hut deep pan are gone.
