Really nice experience so far, which is rare for agencies. I started my tenancy on the 04jul23 and the communication with the agent (Gemma)/agency has been very good. Based on my previous experiences with other agencies, Oyster has shown transparency and care for the tenants - they are very prompt in responding queries and sending info.
I?ll update if I have any issues later on, but the property I moved into was pretty well taken care off, so I believe everything will go smoothly. I?ve logged 1 issue through the property management system and the response was pretty quick.
Update:
It?s been a year and the agency is still very good in my opinion. They follow up with the tenants concerns. The renewal process was smooth and they took care of everything. Communication was good.

Poor management company Horrible tenancy experience from Oyster properties . They don?t provide solution to any problem promises something and they do something.. I has a very bad experience from mr.Amit from check out team and they carry out post checkout after few days of checkout overall unprofessional people.

What an amazing experience with Irina and her team! We sold our flat recently and Irina has been very helpful and understanding throughout the process. She communicated well and her calm approach helped us during a really stressful time. I am new to the UK and had been looking to rent my first home in the UK. I was contacted by Oyster proprieties after my Interest in one of the properties listed in a platform and they have been very helpful since.
The agent who helped me with renting/ referencing is Gemma Groogan. Gemma has been really helpful from the first time she contacted me regarding renting my current property. Given I am new to the country (by extension the process of renting a home) I had many questions which she helped clarify. She was also helpful with my referencing as a first-time renter. I would like to thank Gemma for all the help throughout this period.
I had been contacted by many different agents at different times since I've moved in may it be through phone or email. It was quite tough to keep track of the topics that were being discussed. I'd recommend streamlining this communication a bit better. Otherwise I had a good experience with Oyster Proprieties so far in my renting journey.

I am updating my review, after a horrible end of tenancy experience.
To summarize.. the viewing and original letting experience was very good, the renewal process and regular maintenance was poor and end of tenancy was horrible.

I have not had heating for over 2 weeks now, I have called, chased and also contacted contractors on behalf of Oyster properties in order to get this resolved and still no communication from them. Every personnel I speak to tells me I will get a call back, and yet I am still waiting. It has been the coldest time of the year with temperatures going below freezing to -5 degrees Celsius. An appointment was made for inspections of the apartment, to which I emphasised I would like to use this as an appointment to discuss outstanding issues and no employee of Oyster shows up, nor was any form of communication sent to cancel the appointment, even after I chased this.
