I had an extremely disappointing experience with them. The communication was beyond shocking, where three different staff called and said completely different things on the phone ( all for one viewing).
Save yourself a headache and avoid this estate agents at all costs!

Redflag!!! Beware!!!. Oyster property is a very dishonest company. Warning to any tradesmen. Am self employed plumber this company got me to do an emergency job for them I spend money on and in the end refused to pay.

I am with this agency since 2019. Also during the pandemic , they were very understanding and helpful. Kumar is really helpful when you need to find a house. Always answered my questions and is very patient. Whenever we had issues for maintenance or repairs always very prompt.Overall , we are really happy with Oyster Properties.

As a landlord, Oyster dealt with the handling of finding tenants..
Very happy with them, helpful, effecient, polite and were accomodating to our request's.
I dealt with Kumar mainly, who was always available and pleasant when in contact.
