Great staff! My grandma is 99 years old with hearing difficulties and Champa from Nationwide Stanmore was very helpful transferring the passbook money into mine and my cousins FlexOne accounts. Thank you for the help!

I don?t often post reviews but had a terrible experience at my main bank Nat West recently that it reminded of what a wonderful experience I had received at Narionwide?s Stanmore branch, about 18 months ago.Their staff member called Karen helped me with a very old account, and made sure my balance was updated and interest applied. : I hadn?t used the account for many years. Nothing was too much trouble, and the friend I who I went in with also commented on what wonderful service: Well done Nationwide and especially Karen, why can?t all banks have this standard of customer service and helpfulness?

Myself and my wife went into the stanmore Branch and met Syed, very approachable and knew what he was talking about, would highly recommend and a great asset to the branch and company.very friendly and polite service
