Have been there few times and service is always friendly! It may take a bit longer to receive your order sometimes but than again even Mcdonald?s make you wait so no complaints!

Visited here but hygiene levels were very low. I ordered a drink with a glass and the glass was so dirty I just drank from the bottle and a straw. More concerning was the amount of flies that you have to battle off whilst eating. More

Awful service waited 30 mins for a crepe takeaway with no explanation of delay. After 20 mins I chased up the order politely and she said it would be 5 mins and went to the back to tell her colleague. After this still no update More

Disappointing. Bought a few items which were reduced significantly in price a few days later. Emailed customer services and response was that they cannot do anything other than sign me up for future newsletters informing me of sales. Ridiculous as most other retailers would offer to refund the difference.

DO NOT TAKE RISK BY BUYING XMAS PRESENT.
They advertise delivery day as 3 to 5 working days. After placing my order they sent me an email asking me to expect some delay in delivery due to extreme demand.
God knows what sort of extreme demand started in November. And if they can't deal with late November rush God knows how they handle Xmas rush.
I purchased the personalised item 7 working days and 10 days including weekends before I needed it. Still I thought I would pay extra to upgrade and have it delivered with express delivery.
Emailed them twice and received two VAGUE reply. None providing actual solutions to upgrade to express delivery or an assurance. Did not even care about giving me an exact update on whether or not item is under process due to having no such SYSTEM IN PLACE.
Waited seven working days, dropped a call, I was told item hasn't even left warehouse. I was extremely lucky to get half a day off and go get something not completely satisfied with.
I lost my half a days wage, had to commute to Oxford street in the extreme cold, and settle down for something pricey and not as good.
When rush is expected be ready to deal with it, be honest and upfront, don't promise something you can't keep. Delivery get delayed but should have knowledgeable staff to deal with such situations.
So avoid at all cost unless you have at least 2 full weeks in hand

Ordered item and paid for next day delivery in preparation for my wifeâ??s baby shower. 2 days later the item has still not arrived!!
Tried numerous times on email and phone to contact the company with no responses.

Worst company ever. They have horrible customer service. They are unprofessional and they make so many errors on the spelling of personalized items. Don't bother purchasing from this company. It will be a huge regret, waste of time and money Not well spent. Take your time & business elsewhere. They ask for an image of the mistake in the spelling that they made on the product before you turn it in and don't bother trying to solve the issue of the mistake they made in the first place. If you have an issue they may not even call you back. I waited for 4 days and I'm sure would have to still wait longer before I asked again. Worst company ever. Boycotting this company for good.
