If I could give them 0 stars I would. My elderly parents went shopping yesterday with 2 young kids,18/08/25 and with a trolley load of shopping were forced to go through self checkout as they refused to open the counter for them. Then an Asian staff member opened the counter for a customer with only 2 items.
They couldn't complete the transaction in 1 go as the scales were no big enough to hold the shopping so they had to do 2 transactions and then an African man (staff) tells them to hurry up on the self scan.
This is absolutely disgusting behaviour by staff and my parents will no longer shop at this place again

CHecked the website for availability of shelving, which stated as in stock.
On arrival at store nothing on display, spoke to the manager who proceeded to check stock room and found.
Easily could have said sorry not available.
Cannot fault the staff attitude, well worth a visit.

It does have a choice for parking either paid while you shop or limited spaces in time restricted bays.

Have stopped shopping at Lidl. Not a single member of staff working at the tills. If you want to waste away your time come here. Sainsburys opposite actually employs people...

Not one of the bigger stores but carries a good range of items.
There's paid parking at the back of the store but you can reclaim it with a Lidl receipt.
