If I could give this company 0 stars I would, I booked a cab and was told the cab would be 10 minutes, it didn?t turn up for 15 mins, I called on 3 separate occassions and was told it was 2 minutes away. Had they have been honest I would have cancelled and booked another cab but they kept telling me they were 2 minutes away. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a can I was told would take 10 minutes!

Lovely clean cab office outside the station entrance. I got a cab quickly to RNOH hospital, and back again, £7 each way. Lovely, friendly driver. Moved here from Afghanistan over 40 years ago, we chatted about gardening - some good gardening tips too. I would recommend this company.

Most awful service, unfortunately I have used this car company for years - but recently they have just gone down hill time after time to the extent that I do not use them anymore and will never recommend them to anyone. Use alternative

Thank you jubilee cars, I will recommend this company to everyone .I have requested to drop my father to the airport , the controller and the driver helped him a lot , and dropped him safely , and the driver offered my dad water and helped him to take him inside the terminal .And also my dad forgot to bring cash , I called office that I will come and pay the fare .Thank you for your great service .

Very poor service. On a return airport journey they forgot to provide the child car seat despite multiple reminders. On the pick-up from airport, the vehicle they sent was too small for the number of passengers and luggage, again, despite the fact my booking made very clear the number of people and amount of luggage. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to refund the cost of the Uber we had to order as a result of their failure. Avoid.

Once again, their driver's are parked in a clearly marked bus stand/stop bay illegally!They have no respect for the law, rules and regulations.When approached, they get very aggressive and shout foul language.

They got us to our destination but we had to wait for an hour and when we got our taxi the driver was rude and aggressive which didn?t make us feel safe. He also wouldn?t accept card payment so we had to find some cash at 2am, it?s the 21st century...This not a pleasant experience.

Was on a journey home from Luton airpoirt. Driver missed a turning and then nearly crashed into the car in front twice because of being distracted. Never apologised and blamed Mercedes, other drivers and his sat nav. Was a really bad experience and left my wife shaken.The resolution by Jubilee cars was to offer a small discount (should have had at least 50% off give circumstances). I was also promised a call back from manager which never happened. I have used this company for many years but won't be doing so again.Edit in reply to the response from Jubilee Cars:The driver nearly crashed into the car in front, not on one, but on 2 separate occasions! He was not stopping to avoid any accident, that is a complete falsehood. As I stated when I called tht office, the driver simply did not notice the cars slowing down in front of him (he actually sped up before emergency stopping) and he was unequivocally to blame for both near misses. If he has been trained to drive properly as Jubilee Cars claim then he should have understood the necessity in leaving adequate stopping distance and to focus on the road ahead.Jubilee Cars seem to want to defer to the words of its driver or save face publicly rather than listen to and take customer concerns around safety seriously. They should be investigating this further and at least asking for this driver to re-train. Furthermore, there has still been no call back from a manager.And to correct the record, I was initially only offered a refund of £5 (as a gesture to cover car park costs at Luton). I actually had to push for a reduction from £42 to £35 in total, which anyone with a calculator can work out is not the £15 additional discount Jubilee Cars are now claiming!

Ordered the evening before, for a cab for 0650 the following morning. Got a txt msg at 0531, which woke me up and caused me to panic; msg said taxi was on its way. I phoned the cab office to say my cab was not due for another nour and forty minutes, and that it was not necessary to text me this early. The response was " do you want the cab or not mate" I was trying to help them to improve customer service. They said the early txt was because the driver was comming from Luton, I live in Stanmore and only needed the cab to go to a local station. The person on the phone just did not understand what I was saying; ie you do not wake a customer at 0531 with a text saying their cab is on its way, when their booking is for 0650.

Some riders are complaining just to get refund and they want to be treated like queen Elizabeth. If you are not happy with thier service use Uber if you talk with any driver at any compony with respect they will treat you with respect. I use them regularly all drivers are polite and respectful. Come out of your home on time like I do all the time never come out late cuz I know if I come late 5 min that driver may lose a £100 fair!So think about others and don?t be selfish all the time.
