Just had my colour done with the lovely Angela! She is absolutely amazing at what she does and I am very pleased :) it is #5star #Lit HairAngela always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my colour! on top of that she is a really lovely person and makes a great addition to Hobs Stanmore!

Absolutely SHOCKING AND VILE how the manger, Diana, treats one single junior staff member. She was practicing styling, she done a fantastic wash & blowdry. However, the manager loudly announced in front of everyone in salon, that this particular junior should ?put more effort in & to wash her hair as it is greasy & to put some makeup on? yet the other juniors had 0 makeup on, their hair done tidy & where standing around doing absolutely nothing!! It was a prime example of selective bullying in the work place. To single out one 16 year old girl for their physical appearance is absolutely barbaric & extremely damaging to a fragile self esteem - that most teenage girls have.Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful how a grown woman who is supposed to a professional manger, can speak so vulgar and unpleasant in front of multiple clients about a child who is just starting to experience the hairdressing industry!If I could give 0 stars, I would.Appalling!!!!!!

Thank you Anna Maria for being so patient with my toddler. I recommend hob salon in stanmore if anyone looking for the best hairdresser for toddlers. Anna Maria took her time and did not rush,we had a lovely experience.

I went for a wash and rough dry today and the staff as well as service was amazing. Maddy, Neeve and the manager Diana were very friendly. Thanks so much. I will deffo be a regular now.

Knowledgeable staff about hair and they did show care and attention to ensure patch test was completed as well as strand strength testing when I enquired about hair extension. The negatives were that firstly, on majority of occasions when I paid for a blow dry this was done by apprentices. Whilst I understand it's essential for those learning to have an opportunity to practice I felt the majority of apprentices were not emersed in really providing excellent service and results. Furthermore when paying £107 on each occasion for roots colour and blow dry I believe this is enough to warrant a staff member who is efficient and experienced at blow drying. Unfortunately on all occasions my hair was blow dried, my hair did not maintain its shape beyond a day unlike it would do with my ordinary hairdresser who was on maternity leave at the time (she isn't attached to this salon). This is why I rate this salon only 3 stars.Services: Hair coloring

Complete waste of my time ! I just had an appointment which I confirmed a few days ago. I walked into an empty salon (no surprise there) and a girl asked me if I had been asked prior to my appointment to do a patch test for colour. I said no. She said didn?t anyone contact you to do a patch test. I said no (again) ! She said would I like to do one then and come back another day !!! I said no because she had just wasted my time .. I have now wasted time driving 40 mins to salon and back again for nothing! Not to mention booking an afternoon off to get hair coloured.Very unprofessional !!! I only have one star because there was no option for no stars !!This is not the way to run a business.
