Before I even put in an offer, he spent days liaising with Camden Council to obtain documents on my behalf, a level of dedication you don't often see.

I had a great experience with my agent, Lydia. She presented a great selection of properties to view and was super attentive to all the needs I had. Her genuine approach to estate agency makes the stressful process of flat hunting a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend Lydia, particularly if you are new to the London property market and would like to see a large selection before making a decision.

Yama at Foxtons Camden truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout, always remembering exactly what I was looking for without me having to repeat myself. I had a great experience viewing properties with Yama at Foxtons Camden. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to get along with throughout the process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a selection of places that were actually well suited, rather than just ticking boxes.
What stood out most was how honest and straightforward he was. He also knew the Camden area really well, which made a big difference when discussing each property and the surrounding neighbourhood.
Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I?d definitely recommend Yama to anyone looking to buy or rent in the area.

MISREPRESENTATION COSTING HUNDREDS IN LEGAL FEES -
Absolutely appalling experience. This is the second time I?ve tried to work with this agency, and both times the information provided in the listings has been completely misleading.
? First, a studio advertised at £325k was pushed on me as £350k (apparrently the sellers would only take £350,000 but advertised it at a lower fee, fully wasting my time), with the agency claiming falsely that the space could be divided when a studio structurally can't be turned into a one bed, particularly considering how small that specific property was
? Second, another property explicitly advertised as a share of freehold?confirmed multiple times by the agency, on the website listing AND on the Gov.uk title register?turned out to involve a proposed underlease, not the actual title, - NOT EVEN A LEASEHOLD - after I had already spent hundreds of pounds in legal fees to open the case as they refused to let me see the documents beforehand.
This agency provided misleading information that caused unnecessary costs. Not posting in my name to protect my privacy but I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will never use them again
