Horrible experience! Firstly the server was rude, she charged me dine in prices when I particularly asked for take away. When I pointed out she said it's a small difference. So she was purposely doing it.
Secondly, she put very less oat milk, when I told her to put more, she said no.
Thirdly, I was charged for 4 coffees when I only ordered 2. The server tricked me to tap my card twice saying the payment didn't go through. I have double payment transactions on my bank statement. Horrible experience, do not recommend! They are cheaters and unprofessional

I asked for a medium white americano, but served with small black americano. Or else, their medium sized mug must be smaller than Starbucks.
It took such long time as well. There were piles of dirty plates next to me, nobody took them away.
There was no handwash in the toilet.
I liked the sandwich though.

AARIFA IS AWFUL AWFUL! I made an order online and I didn?t receive one of my items and I couldn?t get a refund from Uber for it. I phoned Caffè Nero and they answered laughed at me down the phone and hung up!!!! Then wouldn?t answer the phone when I tried to call back. I was so upset I drove there and they had no excuse and just said that I should have just requested the refund from Uber. Aarifa then tried to get other customers involved in the conversation. So unprofessional!! I?ve paid for delivery and ended up having to go there to get the items anyway! I appreciate it?s a first world problem, but when I?ve got two small babies at home and made a coffee order to get delivered and then being laughed at down the phone when I?ve asked about a missing item is just such poor service. I?ve spent my money for an already extortionately priced coffee and cookie as a treat, been charged but my items were not delivered. Fed up of people thinking they can just steal money without providing what has been paid for.

I visit this Neros in Stanmore very regularly for a long time.
I had a fully stamped card which I showed to the person serving me(always there) who scanned it but didnt work and he said he couldnt do anything but I had to pay and contact support on app . There NO manager , he has NO discretion to override the issue since its an error on their part. My app shows my voucher was used but I paid for my coffe and didnt receive a new stamp. Please Beware if you dont check your app.
He didnt appologise and said come back when the manager is there as though I know when hes going to be there .
Really disappointed with the way this was handled being a loyal customer and will take it up furthur if I dont get a response.

Hard to give more than 3 stars given the time it always takes to he served. On average, you have to wait 4 or 5 mins before you are served.

I recently purchased a fruit scone and was disappointed to find that it was MOLDY.
While I?ve always had positive experiences with Nero?s staff and products, this incident was unexpected and concerning.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so that people can ensure the quality of Nero?s bakery remains high.

I have ordered from Cafe Nero plenty times and whilst I have enjoyed their coffee, TWICE now I have received coffee with a yellow layer on the top. The milk looked like it had gone off. I had asked deliveroo for help and they?re unwilling to compensate and I also have called the cafe several times to which there is no response. This is absolutely disgusting as if the milk has gone off or their is anything wrong with the milk. The health food hygiene will be informed on my end and then they can take on the matter further. I am very disappointed.

Lovely place to relax for a cup of cappuccino, The new barista girl who her Name is Roya, always keeps smiling and so polite, and helped me alot when all my drink fell to the floor , I will visit this store soon again.
