I couldn?t recommend this company highly enough. My daughter has just signed for a house in N19 with five friends, and Musi was absolutely fantastic throughout the process.
This is a big step for a group of young girls, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. As a parent, that reassurance has really helped put our minds at ease.

I had a very bad experience with Black Katz Camden in October 2025, about a month before we moved out of the property in Sutherland Ave.
Definitely an agency operated in ???
One morning, we accidentally locked ourselves out, leaving our keys inside. With no other option, we contacted Black Katz for assistance. A male staff member answered and informed us that they did not have a spare key and advised us to contact Villachase Management, their property management partner. This was already concerning, as a landlord or agent should reasonably have a spare key available for emergency situations.
We then contacted Villachase Management, who were responsive and willing to help, despite their office being around 45 minutes away. When the Villachase representative arrived, the spare key unfortunately did not work. He then contacted Black Katz to explain the situation and speak to the same staff member.
The response from Black Katz was shocking and deeply disappointing. The staff member stated that there was nothing they could do, told us to find a solution ourselves, and dismissively remarked that we were moving out the following month anyway. This lack of care and responsibility stunned both us and the Villachase representative, who was clearly taken aback by the response.
Fortunately, workers fixing a neighbouring flat helped us remove the window grills so we could safely enter the property and unlock the door from inside. Without their help, we would have been left stranded.
The comments and attitude from Black Katz were heartless, humiliating, and entirely unprofessional, especially considering that my wife was pregnant at the time, which made the situation extremely stressful. Basic empathy and problem-solving were completely absent.
In contrast, Villachase Management showed professionalism, patience, and genuine concern, staying with us and continuing to assist until we were safely inside.
Based on this experience, I strongly urge current and future customers to reconsider using Black Katz. The lack of accountability, support, and human consideration we encountered was unacceptable.

Black Katz is a trustworthy agency. They are easy to contact, very helpful to tenants and take care of all the documentation. Sal is a particularly helpful agent, who goes the extra mile to find the best possible properties for the tenants he advices, and the best possible tenants for the landlords he is working for.

Really helpful agency.
Organised and with a simple tenancy process.
Donald was really helpful in helping us find a suitable property. His colleague Dani is a master negotiator and helped us get a really good rental agreement.
Initial reviews had me a bit sceptical but the whole process was straight forward and hassle free!

AVOID at all costs ???Used them last year and blatantly lied about a property and failed to mention huge issues with the landlord, rodent issues that they were just informed about, huge structural issues with the property and will avoid doing anything to help at all. They are a very very sleazy business letting out some horrific properties for horrible landlords.

Stay aware and be very careful with Black Katz Camden.
My experience with this office was extremely disappointing. The manager was unprofessional and the entire process was disorganised. They kept me going back and forth for two weeks with no progress.
They don?t seem to have a proper system for checking references, yet they still push you to pay a deposit in advance a deposit you could easily end up losing because of their chaotic process.
Overall, they wasted my time and created unnecessary stress. I would not recommend using this agency.

Black Katz in general are very much ahead of the game in comparison to other letting agents, they make a genuine effort to understand your requirements and keep you updated should new places become available. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, we know if we need any help they?re just a phone call away.
