Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. The room was super spacious, had an AC, and I really enjoyed the ?old England? vibe of the place. The staff was beyond sweet, and the beer was fresh :)
The area is super cute, perfect for strolling with plenty of small shops and cafes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Continental breakfast carefully put together to cater for differing tastes. Had an evening meal which was tasty. Would stop again. PH

Nice location and good space, all the beers on hand pull were IPA which was a bit limited but even so I really enjoyed my beer which was perfectly clear and tasted fresh

This is a great little guest house. Charming, has everything you need, wonderful location, very comfortable rooms, beautiful rooftop patio, and a friendly quaint pub below. The staff are kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was fantastic. One more thing, their WiFi was very fast which was helpful for my work call!

worst roast ever - meat was all tendons and cold, potatoes were poorly roasted, yorkshire was burnt. would not rec/10. (beef and lamb)

Kate is lovely, cozy and relaxing atmosphere, super clean, comfortable bed!
Tottenham stadium easy to reach by bus.
