If i could give this Nandos 0 stars I would. I had the worst visit there. This was my favourite nandos authentic I moved out of stokey and went to visit for dinner with the family. The manager made my trip the worst. Kas was so rude and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Refused to sit my party down at the table. Refused emergency services discount saying he never heard of them. Absolutely terrible. I have been visiting Nandos for 15 years using my discount and because of his lack of knowledge which isn't my fault he refused the discount. Staff need to educate what is classed as emergency discount when the restaurant policy clearly states it. My entire family thought the treatment we received was discrimination and will be filing a complaint. Food was given to another table and so we had to wait longer for our food. Just terrible......

I had a great experience at Nando?s today, thanks to our lovely host Hayley! She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. Hayley made sure everything was smooth and that we felt comfortable and looked after. Her positive energy really stood out and added to the overall experience. Thank you, Hayley, for your amazing service!

todays visit to nando?s was not what i expected. the staff were lovely, our food came out very quickly and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, except the manager FATIMA.
from the moment we sat down we had to endure Fatima absolutely berating her team members saying they weren?t good enough for the duration of our entire meal, baring in mind we were there for over an hour. she was extremely loud and disrespectful towards them, and considering the nando?s is already very small, i don?t think it was appropriate to have such serious (and harsh) conversations with your staff in front of guests.

So this Nando?s used to be great and then we came across Alda or Alsa Elsa I think her name was. Here is what happened, strap in!
I normally order my food from deliveroo and because they don?t do the wild herb sauce in sachets any more and they only have them in the bottles. I usually call ahead and ask them to put it into a small pot and send it with my order. Every single time the staff are more than happy to do so and it?s greatly appreciated.
So Elsa lads or Alsa, not quite sure what her name was, on this occasion says that it?s company policy not to do this.
So considering every colleague of hers over the last year or so has been more than happy to do so to keep customers happy to do so and give fantastic customer service and satisfaction, she seems to think that it?s ?company policy? not to do so. She subsequently told me that she was the manager.
This is a perfect example of when you give the wrong person the wrong job ? I got an extreme whiff of the power has gone to her head. I really wanted to say to her ?you are a manager at Nando?s you are not a chairwoman at a large global organisation, calm down?. However I kept it polite and professional. I think some retraining here is urgently required.

I can't speak for all nandos but the Stoke Newington branch is the only branch I go to. The service is fast, Excellent and the food done just right. Definitely recommend

A pleasant street and a nice building with wood interior, service was great and the food was delicious and with a Nandos points card a free meal for two today and that was excellent.

Excellent customer service. Good food, although the Caesar salad was drowning in salad dressing so I left half of it.
Kid-friendliness: Many families were dining while we were there. We had our 7 and 4yr olds with us.
