Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this pharmacy. The staff are extremely slow, even when there are no other customers, and they don?t seem to pay proper attention to patients. They even gave me the wrong medication, despite having the correct prescription.
This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when it concerns someone?s health.
I have decided to switch to a different pharmacy because I no longer feel safe or confident using their services. I hope they take steps to improve their organisation and professionalism.

Great service, Pharmacist Cyril actually called up the suppliers for me when I was there, as my medication wasn't sent. Made sure I was able to get it and when.

These guys have taken unhelpfulness, lack of kindness and normal civility to a new level.
They can be extraordinarily awful. Time and time again - including today.
Maybe I don't know that they are in fact aiming to win the Worst UK Pharmacy Award 2024.
In a slightly changed version of the song 'Nobody Does It Worse'.
What I can't understand is simply why try to suck all the joy and civility out of the world?
Morrisons - please wake up and do something about this absymal performance

Not all during one visit on separate occasions however?
Asked the pharmacy about a medication and certain side effects. After explaining, several times he whipped out his phone and googled. Which I did only hours before. Seemed to be completely lacking of all knowledge around pharmaceuticals.
Theres this one, young guy of Indian heritage who?s rude, doesn?t listen, disrespectful and has an attitude. I?ve had several arguments with him due to this.
The staff are slow, rude, lazy and incompetent. They make snide remarks and have a tendency to speak about your medications so loud they could be heard in the outer Hebrides.

Boy I can?t give these people a 0 star, I?ve had to collect medication for myself or my husband and these people don?t have manners, the staff are throwing things around, or just sucking their teeth when you ask a question or come to collect something. Then a barrage of come back (blank) mins later or your items aren?t here when they have them. We?ve had to phone the manager who told us items were in stock to be sucked at by a kid behind the counter and told why you collecting items later I?m busy !
