MY EXPERIENCE...
I've been coming here for years (10+ years) and service has significantly dropped; but today really cuts the cake.
Went in only for a 6-pack water, waited 20 mins to be served.
Self-Checkout queues a nightmare, as there are too many people shopping all at once (on and Thursday morning no less!), and not enough registers open.
I thought the manned checkout would be quicker but the lady at the till was on the phone! Like she wasn't slow enough already when counting coins...
I don't usually hand out 1-stars but this establishment needs to close. Not renovate, not improve. Close.
It's an inconvenience to the community if it takes longer to shop than to actually get here.

weirdest morrisons ever. and there is one woman that causes all this weirdness. and somehow she has still been working here. Im sure management knows who I am talking about. because she is unstoppable. she attacks almost every customer verbally. Im giving the 2 stars for the other emloyees. It also feels like there are a lot of fake comments here. some of them say there is rich selection of food and when I go to this place grocery is always empty with some leaks around the shop. if you are going to buy fake comments make it look a bit more realistic. there is no way this shop can have 4 stars. go and see it yourself.

I use this store as the other option is on the premises of a petrol station.
The condition of the drive in; Is very bad. The concrete of the road dips into almost a sink hole. This hole existed since Safeway heald the premises .. it is now back. The dip in the road helps you to feel your are doing something wrong. They need to resolve this as the Car sales beside uses this road also and Ive seen HGV lorries having to be aware of it.

As customer been in Morrisons today was absolutely devastated.
When I was wait ting in kiosks for help and asking help couple times she ignored me and the old gentleman cross me and walked pass saying she will be back but she was more happier to talk other people who works there.

Really kind staff always. Lovely gentleman working yesterday (19.05.25 around 18:00ish) specially found us leeks that were out of stock on the shelf. He then came and found us in the aisles with the leeks. I know its not much, but that small gesture was really kind :) thank you !!

Not enough open tills and only a couple of the self checkouts allow cash. I spent a long time queuing up to pay in a virtually empty store?
