The store was very empty when we went and no tables were clean, it was so dirty as were the toilets. Whilst we were there for about an hour as we had 3 kids, no one tidied or cleaned anything but instead stayed inside talking. The bins to empty the trays, were full to the brim.The food also took ages. Apart from that, the gentleman was nice enough so no complaints there?The temperature inside was really warm and uncomfortable so can only imagine for the workers. I wouldn?t return to this particular branch as how dirty it was has put me off.

Very disappointing experience. This is what happens with me - The poster clearly said that for £5.99, you get 60 pieces of popcorn chicken. When I ordered, I selected the large popcorn chicken, which was also £5.99. But they only gave me 30 pieces.
When I asked about it, they told me I had chosen the ?wrong one? and refused to give me the 60-piece option, even though the price was exactly the same and the offer was clearly displayed at the time of ordering. I explained it was an honest mistake and asked them to just honour the deal, but they flat out said no.(Umar faruk)
If the offer is valid and the prices are identical, they should have simply honoured it. Poor service and no sense of customer care.

sadi and rima were wonderful and so attentive. despite dealing with two extremely difficult customers they made sure we were happy and got our food in the nick of time. can?t applaud them any more!

I am a regular customer of KFC but when I came to this branch this afternoon I was surprised that the service here is so poor that it is beyond words and their communication is very rude and rude.

I go to this place every time and get food. Earlier the service was very good. Now the service is very bad. I went today at 7:30 pm and the two boys in front of me were behaving very badly.
There was an old African man with me, he was arguing with her and was talking nonsense and abusing her in Bengali. As a Bengali, I heard his words and understood the meaning and I felt it was very sad and reprehensible.

They wouldn?t sell me a wrap because they wanted to save the mini fillets for someone who might order them on delivery. Sakib served me and lied that there was none left but I could see them through the transparent tray. Been coming here since before I could look over the counter. KFC SORT IT OUT.

Went and got some food didn?t check the bag when I was leaving I ordered a twister wrap box smell which I?m missing my corn and my fillets and then I ordered two flaming hot wraps which I only got one and then I ordered two supercharger sources which I was charged for. Didn?t receive it. I mean at this point I?m spending my hard on money, I?m not getting shit for it like and the shop was completely empty, so I don?t understand what was so hard to put my stuff into the bag
