UPDATE SEPT 2025.
They have identified that they have an issue with phones, due to a lovely chap advising them! Yes OK maybe not so nice as it's me. They are in process of sorting as they seem to be taking very seriously. A lady called Nicolina goes above and beyond and provides a level of service like they did when I was growing up 50 60 yrs ago. Outstanding. Ask for her and any problems will then soon magically disappear. These guys may not yet be perfect, but seems they know and are on the case. Fair play. I'm sticking with them for now as they seem to take their role as a neighbourhood resource very seriously and see themselves as needing to be contactable and will even send/receive emails if any phone issues. I can now heartily recommend these guys.

THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!
Seems new management a few months back. Recently it seems very, very, very hard to get to talk to anyone and as I am disabled I think I need to contact my doctor to change pharmacy as I need to know why they sent me a load of meds 2 days ago. I'm now fed up as takes a number of days to talk to anyone as I have to keep remembering to call them and settings alarms to remind me. I'm not in great health so this is unacceptable.
UPDATE 17TH FEB 2025.
Felt I had to update. Pharmacist had an issue fri 14th so they were not able to open at all. Hmmm. What to do as I needed my 4 weekly meds that day? Within minutes of my carer arriving and telling me of the problem, I received a call telling me they know I need my meds, apologised for Pharmacist being away and then we chatted as to how best to get my meds to me. This is what you want from a pharmacy. I felt compelled to share as I have increased confidence in these guys looking after me properly. Good stuff.
ORIGINAL REVIEW-
I've been using for 5 months now. They do my monthly pills and after first time went poorly been great since. I have phoned them 678 times so far and only once was tough to get through. Seem to me to be ok and if one is patient and nice they seem to reciprocate. I'm happy to recommend.

They don't answer the phone. I had to go there then they didn't have my any of my medication.that order on Monday and it was a friday afternoon and was not happy wasted my time. As I am disabled as well.

Suffering from the early symptoms of an eye infection? went into this pharmacy to seek some advise & request some drops (this has happened to me before and I was given really good advise and medicine from a different pharmacy) instead I was given a ?hay fever eye drop? although I told them I do not have hay fever. My eye is visibly swollen and not due to hay fever - I know there is an eye drop I used previously which helped me over come the early symptoms of an eye infection.
I just purchased the eye drops to avoid any issues as I felt very unwelcome and out of place inside.
Would definitely avoid if you?re having a bad day especially as these people can make it worse. Didn?t seem very open the help but instead get people out the door as soon as possible.

The employers and employees are not from this world. They provide very reluctant service. Their faces are like a court wall, they are rude and selfish. I do not recommend it at all.

This place has always been the worst and seems to be rapidly declining from an already very low threshold. Staff are beyond rude, totally unwilling to help, quite possibly the least well suited crew for pharmacy work but would no doubt make excellent members of the police force. If you want to find yourself in a raging bad mood I?d recommend this gaff otherwise don?t bother.

they don't have a fixed time to open the shop. They supposed to open the shop at 9 o'clock or is 9:15 now and still the shop is close and there is a one lady over there. I think she wore the Burka. She is such arrogant she don't know how to talk and she shows attitude.

There is nothing good or helpful or useful about this place and really should be closed.
I never post bad reviews as generally pretty easy to please.
I have never had a positive experience here. It is our nearest pharmacy by a distance so occasionally try when convenient.
Most recently I'm in a rush, not well, so not really wanting to have to travel further. The prescription I have from my GP is in a digital format, so apparently, they won't take, they were unable to explain what the issue was.
If you can avoid it...... do!

I have been to this pharmacy a few times and it is usually busy but the staff always goes an extra mile to help you out. The pharmacist there is really helpful and professional.
