I had forgotten just how good Costa Coffee is :) ! Had not been for a while. Had ordered a medium Cafe Latte & Cappuccino. Nice roast and creamy coffee. The Sunday staff were real nice . The young lady that served us made our coffees really nice and hot, just as we like them. Thanks

You get a better reception if you're not black. I sat there noticed the difference between service you get. They're more friendly if you are not black lol ?. I am not lying visit yourself to see the differences.

I recently visited here and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. The guy there was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. He was very welcoming, efficient, and truly made my visit enjoyable. The coffee was great, as always. Highly recommend this Costa location for both the quality of the beverages and the top-notch customer service. I'll definitely be returning!

Been coming here for the past few years it had been decentBut it's just getting worse I'm in here right now there are 5 people sitting separately at a 4 person table with there laptops out and taking up the whole space they don't even have a coffee or anything else purchased in the store they have brought there own food with them and a water bottle most of the people are just using it as a work space as with most costas people not buying anything just sitting using the WiFi and using the facilities this is a coffee shop not a work office this does need to stopIf this was a independent coffee shop staff would walk over and ask can I take your orderThey would not be allowed to sit in there without buying anythingBut because they can get away with it they will continue to do so costa needs to put a stop to this
