Horrible service ? thanks for ruining my lunch break.
I was asked whether I wanted my food to be eat-in or takeaway, and I clearly said eat-in. I was charged accordingly?only to find out there were no seats available and the entire first floor was closed due to ?issues.?
Why even charge for eat-in if you have no seating available? Makes absolutely no sense.
When I asked where to sit, the staff member just disappeared, saying, ?Sorry, it?s closed!? and that was it. Completely unhelpful. I then spoke to the barista, who somehow made things worse?he claimed I would be refunded, yet still made me pay for the food.
The whole ordeal wasted over 15 minutes of my already short break, and the place was uncomfortably hot inside (30°C outside, no air circulation inside). No use of the toilet was allowed either.
I won?t be coming back?and neither should you!

It's dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Cigarette butts and something that looks like dog shit on the floor and seats. And the security/police or whoever they were, Indian men in uniform, turned on the speaker with their music... Communication from the manager is also not good. One of the worst brunches by far

Usually is great staffed, gives left food to charities, but toilets needs cleaned or bleached. And I would like to heat my food that?s is not ?heatable?but they could be as is too cold to eat it straight from fridge.

From the moment we walk in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm, welcoming energy that brightened our day. Good cafeteria with a variety of drinks and snacks. The staff is very friendly and kind, especially Paula, who was very attentive to us. We will definitely go back.

Hussain, the manager, is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional.
On Friday, 27th December 2024, I visited this branch and accidentally spilled my coffee, creating quite a mess. Hussain immediately stepped in, handled the situation calmly, cleaned up efficiently, and even offered me a free refill.
What could have been an embarrassing moment turned into a heartwarming experience, thanks to Hussain?s exceptional service. This memory has reinforced my love for Pret as my favorite brand.

Very rude staff throughout the entire year. The girls were never polite, showed zero smiles, and often ignored customers. They never said anything like 'sorry, please wait here' or 'what would you like?' There was also a lack of conversation with customers. At times, the staff would engage in long conversations with each other while completely ignoring customers.
