Horrible service – thanks for ruining my lunch break. I was asked whether I wanted my food to be eat-in or takeaway, and I clearly said eat-in. I was charged accordingly—only to find out there were no seats available and the entire first floor was closed due to “issues.”
It's dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Cigarette butts and something that looks like dog shit on the floor and seats. And the security/police or whoever they were, Indian men in uniform, turned on the speaker with their music... Communication from the manager is also not good. One of the worst brunches by far

Usually is great staffed, gives left food to charities, but toilets needs cleaned or bleached. And I would like to heat my food that’s is not “heatable”but they could be as is too cold to eat it straight from fridge.
