I visited the BP station today to fill air in my bike tyres. I paid £1, and the timer on the machine started, but unfortunately, the air filling was not working. I approached the on-duty employee, Laxman, for assistance. Without even checking the machine, he bluntly told me that I hadn?t paid.
I then showed him the payment transaction on my phone as proof. Despite this, he continued to speak to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I tried to ask him multiple times whether the machine was working or not, but he ignored me completely. Eventually, when he did respond, he simply said he didn?t know if the machine was functioning ? offering no help, no apology, or solution.
His attitude throughout was unprofessional, and he acted as though he was completely disinterested or annoyed, which made the entire experience quite unpleasant.
This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable. As a regular customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and a willingness to assist, especially when a machine at the station is faulty and money has already been charged.

I have been purchasing gasoline here every week and I keep encountering this woman. Her manner of approach and the way she speaks are always very rude. Today, even though the front of my helmet was open, she treated me very rudely?as if I were someone who would leave without paying?and she said this to my face in a very insulting manner. I reminded her that I am a regular customer and that she recognizes me, but she insisted while talking to another customer that all motorcyclists are the same and that they all just get gas and leave. When I asserted that I do not fit that description because I am a regular customer, she replied, ?Yes, you?re all the same.? When I asked her name, she told me it was SUDA. After she took a photograph of me without my permission, I took a picture of her in return and informed her that I would file a complaint about this incident?not only here, but I will also report it to BP?s head office and file a formal complaint against her. I have been forced to give a one-star rating; otherwise, she would have deserved zero stars. This evening?s incident was extremely upsetting and hurtful. No staff member has the right to treat customers in such a manner. I live here at Abbey Court, and while I understand that there may be instances where some people try to avoid paying, innocent customers should never be unjustly suspected or treated the same way. It is unacceptable to generalize and treat everyone with the same dismissive attitude.
When she took my photograph without my permission, I responded by taking her photo as well. Furthermore, when I asked her name, she reacted irrationally and became extremely angry. Such treatment is completely unwarranted, and no customer deserves to be spoken to in this way.

Visited very often at the evening. And i said THANK YOU more often than the male stuff . Or i never heard he said thank you. And the female stuff also rude.but she at least said THANK YOU once. Worst bp i ever visit

The management need to look at the reviews and understand that some training in basic customer service is required. Visited this evening only to be served by a bad tempered sales assistant. We will not be providing this outlet with any more of our business in the future. It?s not rocket science - if you treat customers with a bright, positive attitude then they will return and returning business is a good thing, yes?

Zero customer service from the staff, I said hello to the member of staff before I paid for my fuel and no reply, I said thank you after payment and goodbye but again no reply, it's nice to be nice but not at this garage, the staff act and look grumpy. Have a word please.

Avoid this petrol station as it?s a rip off. I hold a blue badge and parked at the station at 10.30pm for half an hour to buy some stuff and after waiting for the person inside the petrol station to come to the till as I think he was in the toilet. Suddenly after a couple of weeks I received a parking fine. Such a horrible way to treat their clients.

Quaint rest stop, yet the silence on BP's Leviathan project is deafening. Amidst strife, this push for fossil fuels strikes an off-key note. Ethical concerns loom large; can BP not rethink its course for humanity's sake? It's a sobering thought amidst a simple fill-up. Discomfort lingers.
