The worse branch ever only one counter for 25 people in the queue & they close as early as 2 pm ridiculous ?? no respect for customers?s time after waisting an hour in the queue I gave up ???

Shocking customer service, machines were not accepting my cheque so I join the queue for the desk. To find out the customer I front of me has already been waiting 30 minutes

Waiting in queue for 20mins to see teller only to be told to see a personal banker. Another 20min wait.... and still waiting..... while one of the barclays team floats around with laptop trying to assist others.... really frustrating

9:30-3:30 absolutely rubbish to even open the bank for such a short time. Might as well close the thing down. Also machines are always out of order Etc can?t be relied on.

They need more staff members? I was put into a waitlist to see someone by 12:30pm and in reality I was only seen at 3pm. My issue with app access was ?resolved? within 48 hours and I?ve now been asked to come back in and queue again!

Terrible service, the cash mashing always work only when they are open, they don't trust St Johns Wood High Street, that's shame on bank, on its managers and to the absolute whole banking system, shame on you Barclays Bank

Unbelievable as a top bank to have such a pure and unprofessional costumer service..The guy on the counter is so slow that I was waiting in the queue for 25 min and he managed to do 2 costumers.. after 30 min I just give up and left , was another two people in front of me and a massive queue behind me!Totally useless people working there!!!And also from 5-6 cash machine only one was working?If you need to do something in the bank I highly advice you not to go there or just switch for a different bank !!!Once again useless people !

Brilliant service on a number of occasions I had to pop into my local branch. The team are always very helpful and manage the queues well. Philip?s swift and excellent service ensured we had accounts open in no time. Highly recommend!

As bunch of staff (3 at security/dispatching, 1 helping customers with machine and 2 at the main desk), all of them could be selling fruits and veg, none of them -not even behind the till- accredited for simple things such as validating a signature on presentation of a passport for a Barclays form.Clearly they deserve their terrible reviews.Absolutely useless.
