I rushed to get to Travis Perkins, arriving 20 minutes before closing. At the reception, I was told they couldn?t sell me plywood today because there was no one available to load it. But what?s the point of being open until 5pm if you stop serving customers before then? The opening hours clearly don?t match the actual service, and customers who arrive towards the end of the day end up wasting their time. Very disappointed with the service

I went to Travis Perkins in London Bridge last week with a 4+ year receipt for a item that I purchased there (that is now damaged).The manager Imogen Quintin-Archard went above and beyond in finding the spec of the item, speaking with the manufacturer and even finding the sales manager for the area to discuss the product.I have not often seen customer service taken so seriously - I would recommend them without hesitation.
