Rude staff and very long queues.
There is a particular miserable young male staff member with short dark hair who shouldn?t be working there with that kind of attitude.
You?re better off going to ASDA which is close by.

Very bad. 50?s looking guy at tilts called Richard was rude to me for no reason and when I called out he denied it. I won?t go there again. Only went for the vegan Ben & Jerry as no other shop around this miserable area have them! I miss East London

Always stocked and queues for self check outs always move quickly. Only dock a start as the kiosk often seems undermanned so moves slowly

The supermarket has started opening at 10:30am on Sundays to let customers browse but doesn?t make it clear we can only pay at 11am. So end up many have to put products back and leave empty handed. And when we try to leave, the security guard asked us to walk all the way down the end of the store but there was actually no exit available. We ended up able to leave because we found a staff who opened a gate for us. The Tesco management needs to think through this early opening better. It could have been a value add not increasing customer annoyance!

The store itself is very good. Help in self check out area not so much. Customer toilets a disgrace! Totally, awfully DIRTY! Seems to be a common problem across the UK?
