Very unhelpful service!
We received a coupon from Mitchum that can be used in some retailers (including Superdrug) and the cashier immediately told us they don?t accept this. After contesting her, she said it can?t be used with Mitchum which we pointed out in the coupon it said it was. She then went with the excuse that it?s not accepted in Superdrug, although their logo is very clearly shown in the coupon. She ended up calling a colleague who said they don?t accept this on their store and we should go to Stratford store to cash it. They were so unhelpful, just looking for excuses not to do it - what a bunch of incompetent liars.

Nice store and well stocked! It could do with an extra member of staff at the checkouts.

It?s very difficult to pay without them harassing you into buying more products at the till.
There?s no other words.
It?s putting you off from going into that shop honestly, I?ll stick to boots from now on.

I went there 2 week ago, and I don't like the way they act in front the customer, for example when u are facing the display and u are standing and looking for something they keep doing up and down in front of u without even saying sorry, secondly they keep looking and following you like you are about to still something, third when u ask them about a product they don't waste time even to look for it. Also my wife she face the same thing as she's a regular customer and some times ,some guy's they ask her a stupid random question like about "how old is she", for buying a few nails, is this sounds normal? Please act like a propel business
