Came to your store, and was let down by one member of staff from desk to the point where I was thinking of going to another company. Until another desk worker, he name was Tahib who went the extra mile to make sure that I got everything I needed and managed my delivery arrangements also gave me an excellent quote for my next job, he a credit to that store.

Confused by the amount of staff that are busy, yet no one actually serving customers? Long queues as others have mentioned.
Compared to the other branches this one looks very tired and old. The staff have times when they are friendly and times when the security guard seems the only one who is keen to do something!

Worst selco branch and services by far out of all of them.
Delivery scheduled for Friday, nothing come, called up to find out only to be told at the end of the day it?s been moved to Saturday. Come Saturday order not coming until lunchtime, phone calls being repeatedly ignored and ignored. Wasted time and money on site
