Great value for money. Was fairly busy on a Friday lunch time, but service was quick and of course because it's a Wetherspoons is cheap.

I got ?the big smoke? burger, it was delicious with pull pork and bacon! Ring onions and fries on the side , with red wine a perfect meal to finish the week (Sunday), the service was fast and efficient, literally it took 10 min

Very cheap . the staff especially, so lazy rude and unpleasant. Would not employ the best of them . Manager especially made the whole experience very very very predictable. Should have known better than to have gone there . Disgusting what you have to suffer for a chap beer .

So wrong order given. When I took it back to ask for the right thing, they told me I ordered something different. Said I had the receipt on my phone, they didn't even look at it, but just claimed I'd ordered something different on the system. I challenged it but they didn't change their mind. I've got the receipt with what I ordered. I didn't make the error.
My opinion is that they found they made a mistake, as it was busy rather than offer to change it just acted like I was the one who made the mistake so they didn't have to change it.
Thankfully I had no allergies. Disappointed by this customer service hence low review.

Great real ales at cheap prices. Well run pub. Frequently have offers. Eg. Oakham Citra, a really excellent ale at £1.75?

The management and staff including Mem, Aga, Eden Rachel and Kieran are a fine example of customer service at its very best. The attention to detail is second to none.
They go out of their way to ensure customers have a comfortable experience and deal with any unfortunate issues with fairness, dignity, speed and efficiency.

Plenty of seating. A fair selection of beers, with some being very affordable. Fast and efficient service staff. We had the pizza, chicken fingers and chips. Good prices but food is underwhelming. Plentiful seats outside.
