I being to subway today 10/07/2025 and had my chicken tikka sandwich first time after long time and had a brilliant service by sandwich artist name Nur , I will be thankful for her she advice me to get this and prepared taste best sandwich ever. I?m strongly recommend this shop at Southgate and I will come often as well .

Awful service! This is the second time they?ve messed up our order. They added onions and cucumbers we didn?t want, left out the paid-for ham, and got the crisp flavour wrong again!? not order again from this shop and not recommended at all.

While I was sat down eating my food I overheard one of the staff talking about me...I hugely recommend that if you're going to talk about your customers, you wait until they've left the store.
Left me feeling very uncomfortable.

We have visited many subway outlets, but the one in Southgate has been far the best. Due to dietary conditions Narinder Kaur ensured of food was prepared and catered for. Surfaces were cleaned, gloves were changed. We will be visiting this outlet more often as Narinder understands and looks after her customers. (Subway Southgate branch N14)

They have got all the sandwiches we had ordered wrong the last two times we have had them delivered. This time they put dairy cheese in the sandwich of the person who has a dairy intolerance. This is dangerous, what if they had a more severe allergy? The shop doesn't answer the phone so I have resorted to writing a review.
EDIT: Their response is also a lie. I have evidence from deliveroo as we got a refund for the order (with pictures). Also, the order wasn't in my name and the review was posted a week after we received, so how do you know which order i am referring too? A normal response for a business owner would be to get in touch rather than blatantly lie. I also have pictures and evidence. I hope you change your attitude before someone has a serve allergic reaction and sues you.

Was away for work and got food from here for a few days. I don?t use subway much and the staff were really friendly and helpful, as I found the pricing of the menu to be a little confusing. I feel that Zaman went above and beyond what I would expect an employee to do and the subs he made were excellent. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.Highly recommend and will be eating from here again if I?m in the area.

Staff need to be trained on hygiene, you can't use the same gloves you take money with to touch food. As soon as you finish making a sandwich and your going to the till remove your gloves. The people at the till somehow always thin its ok to touch the cookies with their gloves when thy clearly have tongs. Do better, I keep having to say change or use gloves, which I shouldn't have to. Other than the staff professionalism has improved. I am giving you a two because of the hygiene issue.

They need to hire staff who actually speak English. While the food itself is tasty and reliable, I don?t think any customer is going put two and two together and think ?hee ho hed? is an attempt at them trying to say, ?cheese toasted.?

Staff have recently changed in here and the service is not what it should be! Had to remind the member of staff to change gloves before she started making my sub.
