Queues in here are always far too long, also staff are usually having their own private conversations and don't seem interested in providing good customer service.

I returned an Amazon order here on January 18th and after it was scanned by the clerk she said it was entered into the system and I was told there was no receipt needed Or to be provided. . The item was never received by Amazon and I have been recharged for the items that I do not have. The post office also does not seem to know where my items are. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

This has happened twice now! I let it slide the first time, but not again!I was posting quite a few items and on 4 separate occasions while dealing with me, the woman on the counter, stopped, apologised to customers in line behind me and asked them to come forward for service. Pausing my transactions to assist others. That is not an acceptable level of customer service anywhere! Why is my time any less important than theirs?

I was Overcharged by 40% to send PPE to people that needed it.My small packages should have been classed as small letters but instead were classed as large letters, they clearly and is easily fitted through the cashiers hole.All other post offices I have used within a 15 mile radius charged £100 for the service over the last 4 months and you charged £140!!!I?m absolutely appalled that during this torrid time even normal, everyday, simple services try to take advantage to make a quick buck.You should be ashamed of yourselves.
