Really nice nandos, with seating upstairs.

We ordered delivery from this location a couple of days ago. The address was input correctly, so when I went a few houses down to see if they had received our order they told me the driver refused to give it to them because he didn?t have a code.
I looked around the street for 10 minutes for the driver and couldn?t find him. So we ordered again from a different location.
They are now refusing to give me a refund on my undelivered order because the driver made multiple attempts to deliver and call. I?m visiting from the US and put in my mobile number, which they are saying he called but he didn?t. They said it was a landline, which it?s not. They said the order was delivered, which it wasn?t because the address on the order said they wouldn?t give them the food.

I don?t normally write reviews but we had such a great experience at this Nandos! The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the food was very fresh and tasty especially the peri salted chips and the big cheese burger. I hadn?t been to a Nando?s for a while as my local one had just been ?ok? but after visiting Southgate I think my Nando?s obsession has returned lol

I really like the music and the food was delicious. I also love how you gave us the food with such care and love. Additionally, you make the food with love and give us the exact food that we ordered. I love this place.

Always our go to for Nandos in the area. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially with my young daughter. The food is consistent and the wait time is always short. Sitting upstairs is our favourite if you want more space.
