Hotel is a good 10 minute walk to Southgate tube station, but its flat, well lit. Rooms a little dated, but clean and good value. If arriving by car great choice for a london hotel. Also note that if you park in a carpark and dont move the car, you dont pay congestion charge for that day.Rooms: Good size, room 3 had nice view of bowling green. 9, doesnt have a view.Safety: Carpark has cctv in some areas. Atea does not feel dodgy though.Walkability: Flat area and well lit. Tube is about 1km way, but bus is only 20m.Food & drinks: Hotel does not have a restaurant but has a shared carpark with a pub that does good food from 12.00 until 21.00.”
