Food was hot, sausage cheese, beans pie was tasty, the vegan sausage was way to herby though, if it had less herbs it would be perfect. When asking the price for the vegan sausage, we was told a price, when we got to the counter to pay it was different, it wasn't a problem, just would have been nice to be told the right right price, just a bit annoying as there wasn't a price tag displayed for the vegan sausage. Just that little detail I thought was worth mentioning, everything else was good though! The seating outside the shop is lovely!! Its why I love that shop.

Went to buy a breakfast this morning but a staff member refused to surve me because I'm paying cash!!! She told me that they don't take £50 pound note???? THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! CLOSE DOWN THEN WHEN YOU NOT TAKING A £50 NOTE OR GET A NOTE CHECKER ITS PRETTY SIMPLE INSTEAD OF REFUSING ME A SERVICE WHEN IM COMING TO PAY WITH MONEY!!!

Ordered via Ubereats, haven't had a Greggs in a few years, but boy this was nasty!!Chicken bake was almost cold, the sauce was congealed and slimy and stodgy pastry finished off this snack travesty. It tasted way too sweet for a savoury thing and extremely processed, like some kind of cheesy condensed milk with too much cornflower in it. Barf.Cappuccino had *zero* milk foam so disqualified itself from the first mouthful. It was more like a chocolatey coffeeish sugar water - again strangely sweet without me adding any extra sugar! Partially spilled inside the bag too, despite the ridiculously over-engineered lid seal with 10 superstrong sticky plastic octopus arms that extend all over the cup and halfway down the road and the strongest paper bag I've ever experienced. At 7am, this feels like being on an episode of Gladiators whilst coming round from anaesthetic; you're trying to wrestle the lid off with one hand while keeping it stable with the other while it sticks to itself, the table and half your hair. I give up with the lid dangling and semi attached; my kettle is easier than this ableist sorcery!Bacon and sausage bap thing was just dismal, like the ones from tatty burger vans at a car boot sale where they've been cooked ahead and kept warm for 30 hours too long. If you're into a bit of shrivelled sausage and wooden bacon, fill ya boots! Spread was thickly slathered and sickly, I'm guessing this is palm oil from the sludgy waxy texture that lingers.And so onto the chocolate doughnut with 'vanilla icing filling'... aka supersweeeeeet aerated foamy white marshmallowy gunk. You can literally feel the goo coating your teeth and eating through your enamel as it squishes around your mouth while you try not to gag at the texture. I was not brave enough to complete this mission and knew I was already en route to suffering in a gastric way for the next few days.Honestly don't remember Greggs ever being this vile and nausea-inducing before, but maybe I'm just getting old and sensible.Dietary restrictions: Everything was way too sweet, even the savoury options. Beware if you're diabetic, have any food intolerances or sensory disorders, there are way too many possibilities for this food to upset you - a lot of the ingredients and textures are a completely unsettling surprise.

Terrible customer service. The woman staff member with black hair was terrible. I came first and was waiting behind, towards the right of the women she was serving. When women left, she called for the man who came after me and was standing on the left, without even acknowledging me.

I always visit this Greggs as it?s my local store. The women behind the counter was extremely rude her name was Agartha may have slightly spelt incorrectly. She had no patience and through the bag on the counter as if I?ve done something wrong. Insisting for me to pay despite me finding my card which took less than 60 seconds.

Giving it a 2, not because the quality of my purchase was bad, it was delicious. However, I asked for a coffee to go and specifically asked for no plastic lid. I was given coffee with a lid. I pointed out that she could keep the lid as I asked for it without, and was promptly told I could throw it in the bin!So, you see, i'm trying to help save the planet and do my bit where I can, but your staff needs to collaborate dear Greggs.

This is my first ever time at Gregg's, I got a pepperoni pizza and a sausage roll, the sausage roll was delicious ?, the pizza was alright and greasy, the price was so cheap, there was no dining area though I will definitely come again
