Absolutely disappointed. I ordered a pizza from Domino?s and bit into olive pits?not just one, but multiple. It could?ve chipped a tooth. When I called to let them know, the guy casually said, ?Bring it back, I?ll give you another one. It happens.?
Seriously? This isn?t some minor mistake?it?s a safety hazard. The attitude was just as bad as the quality control. No real apology, no urgency. Just a shrug like this is a normal part of the experience. Definitely not ordering from here again. Wouldn?t waste my money on this branch.

The night attendants (women) in particular are very rude and impatient, they make the pizza without much enthusiasm, and they make it difficult when we try to order by phone! I do not recommend it!

Their phone lines are always closed.
I want my pizza cooked not half cooked and you need to call them for that but their lines ate always closed, they have no option for that on the ap.

Absolutely disgraceful, did not read any allergen information in the description and sent the wrong pizza, claiming they were ?too busy? to read the information left. They were then extremely rude and unhelpful when asked about this and would not acknowledge their mistake. Do not order.

they claimed they were too busy to read allergen information in the comments where it says to leave allergen information and that they would read it. when the order arrived they did not follow the directions left in the comments and so when we called they said they were too busy. they then said after the pizza had been eaten by people that were able to eat it that they would send another pizza, after we stated that we couldn't give the pizza back and that we would not be paying for a new pizza because they had not read instructions. they then hung up and were just over all very rude, we talked to the manager and the staff and they were both extremely rude to me and my family

I used to order and collect the pizza from the shop from High Barnet and didn't had any problems, and one day I was to Hampden square and the polish guy that he presents as manager tries to convince me that the offers doesn't exist for weekends.
I left the shop, I call them back and I order from phone to collect from 3 pizzas. I didn't say them of course that I was the guy that I was there few minutes ago. They accept my order, they asked me also if is the first time I order from them.
Anyway I went back to shop after 15 minutes to collect the pizzas and at the moment to pay they try charge me with out the discount and explain me again the same trick that weekends doesn't exist the offer's. I left the pizza. I went opposite to Pizza Hut and I bought the same quality of pizzas for £24 and not £32.
My point for this complaint in that this shop works against the good reputation of other shops of dominos pizza, I didn't had never those in dominos pizza at High Barnet, I am still a customer.

Ordered a decadence pepperoni pizza. Arrived raw and toppings slid off the surface.Pizza also stuck to the box.Requested a refund fromDavid and was told the pizza when cooked looks this way. See for yourself ?Such a poor service in my view
