Puvel the security needs to be sacked asap. I witnessed him attack a woman with her baby over a basket which he could have just left her to go to her car. Very embarrassing. Very abrupt. And the managers stick up for the security with noooo consideration or empathy????? puval or puvel is waiting for someone to give him a piece of his own medicine. Why does Asda have these type of aggressive monsters working

Visited Asda Southgate yesterday and was extremely disappointed to find that all toilet facilities, including the accessible toilet, were out of order. As someone with a medical condition, this made my visit very stressful and uncomfortable.
While supermarkets aren?t legally required to provide toilets, this store advertises these facilities, and they should be kept in working order. I was told the toilets have been out of order since last Friday. Surely a store of this size could have arranged a plumber by now?
Very poor experience, and I?ll be switching to an alternative supermarket going forward.

Asda is a brilliant place to do your weekly shop ? a spacious store with a wide variety of products all under one roof. You?ll find everything from fresh food and groceries to household cleaning products, toiletries, and even a decent selection of home essentials and cosmetics.
There?s also a clothing section with affordable and good-quality items, which is perfect if you need to pick up something last minute. The store is generally well-organised and easy to navigate, making shopping quick and straightforward.
One of the major plus points is the ample parking, with three hours free of charge, so there?s no pressure to rush. Whether you?re popping in for a few bits or doing a full shop, it?s convenient and hassle-free.
Overall, a very practical, reliable and well-stocked store that caters for just about everything you might need in one visit. Great value and a solid shopping experience.

A great supermarket with friendly and attentive staff who are always willing to help. There?s a wide range of products, and the quality is consistently high. The store offers good prices, good selection, and good service overall, a pleasant shopping experience every time.

Absolute garbage service. Most times the loyalty app and voucher codes never work. They advertise for Amazon drop off but it?s not yet. Lady who does the bakery at nights is one of the rudest and unhelpful people you could ever meet at a supermarket. Should be sacked!

Nice big Asda good to shop but collection point is a hit and miss.
I had to wait more than 20mins for my parcel because it had to be brought by staff as the automatic collection did not work for my collection. No idea why.
Apparently this is happening quite often, it would be good from Asda to provide a couple of seats to wait.
I had to sit on the floor.

It's an ASDA so you pretty much know what to expect, they don't differ that greatly in my experience, though it's subjectively more pleasant than the other one local to me in Edmonton.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Scan and Go section. One of the staff members was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she outright refused to introduce herself, which I found both disrespectful and concerning. Thankfully, her manager Tisha was present and seemed much more approachable and professional. I truly hope Tisha takes the time to have a serious conversation with this employee about customer service
