I went to this store because I needed a water bottle. I asked the staff, but they refused to help me. They spoke to me in a very rude manner. On top of that, the staff member even stepped outside the store and started talking to a delivery boy. He wasn?t wearing any name badge; otherwise, I would have mentioned his name as well. This isn?t the first time something like this has happened to me there?it has happened once before too. The staff has no manners when it comes to speaking with customers. I?m not talking about the person at the payment counter, but about the other staff members who are supposed to assist customers.

Staff is Tesco is very kind and patient towards us. Every day we go there and buy meal for our clients and pay for them separately. Imagine pay for 7 meals separately and taking receipts it is a tedious process but staff is very and kind and patient.
There are days when Tesco doesn?t have stock but its not there fault. People should stop being rude to staff because they can?t find thing in Tesco.

Lack of stock, hardly space to walk around, staff aren?t always helpful. The range needs to improve.

Racists work in this Tesko and the service is not nice. If a white person comes to the store, they have to be treated like trash. I will never shop there again. I do not recommend it, it stinks, it's broken drink on the floor.

the reason why i?m giving the rating a 1 is because my daughter has been complaining to me about the south asian security guard that looks her up and down and acts her if she?s going to buy something every time she walks into tescos like she is going to steal. For context, it?s a thursday morning before school she meets up with her south asian friend and they both go into tescos but the security guard smiles at her friend but gives my black daughter a dirty look. Mind you this isn?t the first time this has happened to my daughter, moments like these contribute to the long lasting problem of racism and I hope you have a conversation with the guard to stop this because i know my daughter isn?t the only victim of this.

i?ll give them a 0 because yesterday 21 of may around 10:45 i came to tesco lady margaret road i asked cashier about cigarettes for iqos and he said no to me , all the shops around were closed, he refused to sell to me, he was very rude and he started shouting at me , i said him im 18 and im allowed to buy it but he chased me out , i was pissed for whole night

I ran out of baby milk. And its a Sunday, didn't know where to go. I went to the Tesco lady Margaret road. Jeni (6614) was so helpful he went to the back to double check if you had powder formula as there was none on thatvi could see, didn't want the liquid type. He was very helpful.

Before you purchase anything from this store please check the expiry date especially if you visit early morning, some products sold are either expired or very short expiry date. It has happened to me on several occasions.
