I reached there at 10:55 and they said they are closed .
But closing was 11 .

I was disappointed the Security person is outside looking around just killing time I was young boy pick up drink and walk out I went to security man he just laughed should be inside.Tesco why you have security person who doesn't care

This has to be the worst Tesco branch I?ve ever visited. Not only do they seem to close at random times during the day without any explanation, but there?s also always a ridiculous queue. This is largely because they operate with only one till, and hardly anyone uses the self-service machines?half of which are usually out of order anyway.
If you need assistance, good luck! The staff in-store are practically non-existent, and when they are around, they seem to go out of their way to ignore customers.
The stock on the shelves is also disappointing compared to other Tesco Express branches. It?s baffling that Tesco has allowed these same issues to persist for years.
Until things improve, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It says open form 6am but I was there at 6.10am and the doors were still locked.

This Tesco is by far the worst I have encountered. I bought batteries and, after realizing I needed a different size, I returned to the store to exchange them. Initially, I was told the system was down and to come back in 15 minutes. However, when I returned, the system was still not working. I was then directed to discuss the matter with a bald gentleman, who was incredibly rude. He interrupted me three times as I tried to explain the situation, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. He didn?t seem to know how to properly communicate with a customer. After our conversation, he laughed and spoke in his native language with a colleague, which was extremely unprofessional. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told to come back the next morning at 9 AM, which seemed unreasonable. I then called Tesco?s customer service, who offered a returnless refund via a gift card for the same amount. They were overall okay to talk to, though they didn?t apologize. Upon returning to the store with my e-gift card to buy the batteries, I was informed that their gift card scanning system was down and to try again the next day. The whole experience was frustrating and disrespectful, and I intend to file a complaint to bring attention to the situation at the Southall Tesco Express.

The lady staff is so arrogant,does not have sense to talk....shouted on me in front of other customer....I will not visit over there again..I visited today 9 march 2024 in the evening 7 o clock....and faced such a stupid lady over there...and they play cleverly they have kept items on different places with less price, and on billing section they charge twice the price..and if asked they argue..they don't except their mistake... specially that middle aged lady on duty

Forget the establishment. With their ridiculously overpriced items. Staff are ok in comparison to other tescos! But this is my local and I?ll begin going back to local small convenience stores. Give them back the power!

This Tesco is disgusting. Everytime I have to go there I always leave with the same feeling that no food nor drinks should be stored the way they do. The store is always a mess and dirty.
