I am a regular shopper at this Tesco express. I visited this evening and was approached by a very rude male member of staff insisting I put back an item I chose not to buy!!! I've worked for Tesco in the past I've never forced a customer to refill a shelf!!

Heston North Hyde Lane Express Tesco!!
I love do shopping in this store, just because of the staff members. Always happy, helpful and ready to work. I can see every day they are working very hard to fill in all the shelves, store is always clean. All the staff members who works there over year are amazing!!! Rest of the tesco members should take opportunity and learn how to treat a customer like they do in Heston North Hyde Lane Express. And I don?t talk just about my self, I see how they are helpful to another customers. Definitely they deserve big bravos, specially this time when people just don?t care about anothers.

This is the only Tesco?s I?ll do my shopping the staff are 2nd to none absolutely amazing happy to help and always with a smile. I could not credit them enough for how they run the store and show unbelievable patients tolerating how rude some people are these days can?t praise them enough. Ask the security guard to keep a eye on my bike and he got angry and kept giving me looks and said I can?t touch anything and kicked us out

Security guard has a problem with everyone. Management is a mess.. when you try to collect a parcel they don't have a system so basically they sift through a pile to find your parcel, if you are lucky. If not, they tell you to "come back tomorrow" - despite me having an email to show its ready for collection.
A handful of truly lovely staff remain.
Management... if you even exist at this site... sort out your security guard with an attitude,description: short asian guy with cropped hair. Everyone knows of him he has a real attitude problem. He makes everyone so uncomfortable. The old security guard, a Nigerian gentleman I believe, was a joy to speak with. We would go to that Tesco just to be greeted with his big smile. This new guard literally barges past people... why??! Please reply to this review directly if you plan on doing something about this. Appalling.
