I was waiting for the store to open on Sunday. Unfortunately, I had to get home urgently. It turns out that parking on Sundays for more than 15 minutes costs £40. So, outside of opening hours, I'm not a Tesco customer. That was my last visit to Tesco!!! Now I'll be shopping at Asda.

I usually shop here on the way home from work, but sometimes unable to drop by if i need to use the toilet, which should be closed due to toxic waste.
The whiff i took as I opened the door made me vomit. Entering to do so, made me vomit even more because the air is so heavily filled with poo and pee particles, you just can't help but throw up. They walls have pee pee streaks and the floor is flooded with piss, probably because of other people who are heaving while trying to do their business. It's a superstore and they can't throw a bottle of bleach in there. If a cleaner exists, they should be fired. And if there isn't one, they should consider hiring one to visit at least 3 times a day. It's a busy store for crying out loud! How are these toilets worse than a train station or a pub on a football night?

The store is always clean and organised. As is the cafe. However the wait times for food in the cafe are unacceptable. They never have enough staff but are still pleasant and friendly and polite

I came to this Tesco to get a little something on a journey to eat.
TBH desperate for the loo paid a visit there first. The loo's were at most grim and put me iff shopping at this store.
Loo's filty sanitary bins overflowing. Just felt dirty before needing to shop. Went elsewhere. Shame on you Tesco management

I just visited Tesco Extra, Tesco Stores Ltd, Bulls Bridge Industrial Estate, Hayes Rd, Hounslow, Southall UB2 5NB and was shocked by the state of the disabled toilet. Dirty bin, used paper on the floor, no toilet paper left and a clear lack of hygiene. Totally unacceptable?accessible toilets should be clean, safe, and dignified. Please do better.

The best Tesco around by far! It's got everything, and the cafe is such a lovely place to take your friends and family ? you can even bring your trolley with you. Decent prices, as always, and always well-stocked. You're also able to buy bulk items like rice, oil, etc.

Variety of items for sale more or less you can find most things. Wheelchair friendly, plenty of staff around if you can't find an item, nice and clean environment.
