Yesterday i visited there. I bought some stuff. I want to return something today but the staff behaviour was very rude and disrespectful. Specially one old punjabi lady. They should fired her.

Today I visited Superdrug I met saloni over there . She was too kind and helpful. She helped me in buying the product of my own skin tone also she treated me so nicely . I appreciate her efforts and kindness towards customers.

I went with my 8 year old daughter she wanted to get a nail paint for herself so she was going back and forth looking. randomly one staff member approached asking if I need help and suddenly I realised 3 staff members were staring at us. It's not the first time I've noticed that they treat every customer as a shop lifter and most of the staff is very rude. I've been to many other superdrug branch but this Southall branch has to be worse. Thanks to some of there staff members.

I went in to purchase a hand cream. A polite young girl Jasmeen served me and converted me to purchase more then I intended too. She explained me about the offers and black Friday sale. I ended up bag full of goods and was delighted with my purchase. It goes to show once you get good customer service you spend more then what you initially went it to buy. Superb environment to shop.

Very rude behaviour those staff very very worse never gonna come again it?s like they are doing favour selling the product old lady and young lady all of them. As there regular customers but now a days i don?t even go there for a medication because of those staff behaviour hope Superdrug will train the staff for better behaviour

Very rude staff and not helpful at all .ordered online but they forgot to put one item contacted online they said go back to store went to store they said manager went home can?t help .I have to come again when manager around it wants my fault that I have to come again and again .

Gurjit the manager stepped in the busiest time to help me and manage the queues. Great customer service, will definitely be going to this branch again.
